Important Travel info:

Welcome and Hotel Check-in starts at 4pm on Tuesday Feb 6, Conference Center opens at 6pm with kick-off at 7pm

The final session ends at 12pm on Friday Feb 9

Lodging:

Reserve your hotel room at the Lexington Hotel and Conference Center here.

The YFC discounted rate is $139/night (plus taxes and fees) before January 4, 2018. This rate can be extended 3 days prior or post conference based on availability.

Soul Care:

Book an on-site Soul Care Appointment for just $55. Limited number available.

Book an Excursion:

Interested in a water activity during free time? Book an excursion for $20-65 (depending on activity). Limited number available.

What does parking look like at the Lexington?

$10 self park, $12 valet (per day)

My spouse is coming, is there a different cost for them to attend?

No, standard registration fees apply to all attendees.

What is included in my registration fee?

Registration fee covers the actual event only. Hotel room, meals, travel expenses and any additional expenses are not included.

Can I update my registration information?

Yes, you may go back into your registration at any time to make updates. The tickets are saved under the buyer's email address.

What is the transfer/cancellation policy?

Request deadline is December 15, 2017. Email registration@yfc.net for assistance.

TRANSFERS: Registrations may be transferred to another person within the same YFC chapter on or before December 15, 2017. Registrations may not be transferred to another YFC chapter at any time.

CANCELLATIONS: All cancellations on or before December 15, 2017 will have a $50 non-refundable fee. All cancellations after December 15, 2017 will have a 100% non-refundable fee - no amount will be available for refund.
